How do I order?+
Find a dish you like, then tap Call or WhatsApp on the listing — you order directly from that restaurant. There's no cart or checkout here; the kitchen takes your order and arranges delivery or pickup with you.
How do I pay?+
You pay the restaurant directly (cash or whatever method they accept). Shah G Online never takes a cut from your order — 0% commission.
I own a restaurant — how do I get listed?+
Head to the “List your restaurant” page, choose a package (from Rs 15,000/month), send us your dishes, and payment details will be emailed to you — we'll list you within 24 hours of payment.
Which cities do you cover?+
Shah G Online is nationwide — restaurants from all over Pakistan can list, and customers only see kitchens that serve their area.
Do you deliver the food yourselves?+
No — delivery or pickup is arranged directly with the restaurant you order from. Shah G Online is the marketplace that connects you to them.
